The shipping of ashes overseas can be done in one of the two following ways: Through the post via EMS – This is a relatively cheap shipment. We pack the ashes perfectly and make sure to include all the documents. The package is delivered from the postal service of Israel to the postal service of the destination country. Although there is a tracking number, it is impossible to know where the ashes are located at all times. The package usually arrives within 5-7 days, but in cases of strict customs checks, further delay can be expected. It is important to understand that our liability for the package is limited. Shipping the ashes in a plane as Cargo – This is a more expensive shipment. We make sure to deliver the well packed package and all the necessary documents by messenger to the Ben Gurion Airport, the package is then placed on a plane and arrives at its destination at a pre-determined time, when the whereabouts of the package can be tracked at any given moment until it is picked up in the destination country.
